Samsung has started mass producing economical line of basic digital information displays (B-DID) for commercial entities. These B-DIDs will come in sizes of 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch and 52-inch with a contrast ratio of either 3000:1 or 4000:1 and will be beneficial to marketers who do not need a round the clock digital signage. The LCDs boast heat resistant capabilities and can be mounted in landscape of portrait configurations.
