Oh boy, here it is. After rumors of I7500 destined to be the first Samsung Android phone, the Korean handset maker has officially announced it. The 11.9mm svelte I7500 phone features a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, GPS, Wi-Fi, 7.2Mbps HSDPA / 5.76Mbps HSUPA, 5 megapixel camera, 1500mAh battery and Android OS loaded with Google services. It also has an 8GB internal memory with a microSD slot that can be expanded up to 32GB.

Samsung has not disclosed the price yet but plans to sell in European countries from June 2009.
