I have a samsung SGH-M620 AND IT HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS FOR 3 TIMES BROKEN AGAIN LAST REPAIR DATE 8/11 I AM SICK AND TIRED OFF TAKING IT IN AND BEEN TOLD ITS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND THE KEY PAD JUST FREEZES
I NEED THIS FOR WORK AS ON 24 HOUR STANDBY AND CAN NOT DO WITHOUT A PHONE PLEASE HELP NEED NEW PHONE DO NOT WANT TO FIX AGAIN AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM VERY DISAPPOINTED
