Samsung Cetus (I917) WP7 phone approved by FCC

Samsung’s Cetus Windows Phone 7 has cleared another hurdle as it has now been approved by the FCC authorities. The listing – just like most FCC listings – is devoid of the pictures of the device. One thing the report mentions is 850/1900MHz 3G frequency, which confirms that the phone is AT&T bound.
Cetus’ existence came into light with a Bluetooth SIG’s listing that also revealed most of its specs. Cetus will run on Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Phone 7 OS and will feature a 4-inch AMOLED display, 5MP camera, front-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, FM Radio and microSD card slot.
