Amazon Germany has listed Galaxy Tab and it seems owning Samsung’s first Android tablet could be a costly affair. Amazon’s listing claims the Galaxy Tab will go for 799 euros, which is the price for an unlocked, non-contractual device.

Galaxy Tab runs on Android 2.2 and features a 7-inch WSVGA screen, 1GHz CPU, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0, 3MP camera rear camera, 1.3MP front camera for video conferencing, Android Market, Flash 10.1 support, full HD video playback, Swype, microSD card slot and 16 or 32GB internal memory.
