New pictures of Samsung’s upcoming Nexus S device have been leaked. Good folks over at XDA-developers have managed to score some blurry pictures of the phone also confirming Android’s next OS aka Gingerbread.

While there are no confirmed specs, the site speculates that the phone’s CPU could be a dual-core one, will support Open EL GS, 512MB or 328MB RAM, can have 2GB internal memory, 4-inch Super AMOLED (2?) display with WVGA resolution and a camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording support.
