After suing Apple in South Korea, Germany and Japan, Samsung has taken the courtroom battle to where it all started. They’ve confirmed to file a lawsuit in the US District Court for the Northern District of California against Apple for infringing 10 patents.

Some of the infringed patents are related to wireless communications as well as a patent related to mobile phone capable of displaying world time.
