Samsung launches Gravity 3, Gravity T and Smiley for T-Mobile USA customers

Samsung and T-Mobile have launched three new devices for its American subscribers. According to T-Mobile’s internal survey, users text a lot and to cater those avid texters they’ve launched Gravity 3 and Gravity T that expands its popular Gravity portfolio with horizontal sliding keyboards and (Smiley) that takes a vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard approach.

The Gravity 3 and Gravity T are more or less similar but Gravity 3 brings an alphanumeric keypad on the front whereas Gravity T features a 2.8-inch touchscreen display. Both phones support Exchange and e-mail, 2MP camera, music player, HTML browser and microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB memory.

Samsung on the other hand, is a small device with rounded-edge design, vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard, camera, music player and e-mail support.

All the phones are available now at T-Mobile online store.

Samsung announces Comeback and Gravity 2 for T-Mobile

Samsung let loose two messaging phones today for T-Mobile USA. These phones are not feature packed but gives the full QWERTY keyboard goodness at a very affordable price. First up is Comeback (SGH-t559) and as we know, it is a dual screen horizontal flip phone that sports a full QWERTY keyboard, 3G, 2MP camera, music player, GPS and expandable memory up to 16GB.

Gravity 2 (SGH-t469) takes the helm from the original Gravity and brings a horizontal sliding QWERTY keyboard, 2MP camera, music player, memory up to 16GB and boat load of T-Mobile services.

Comeback is already selling for $129.99 with a two-year agreement while Gravity 2 is expected to arrive in August.

Samsung Propel/Gravity commercial with Ozzy Osbourne

Samsung Canada has teamed up with Ozzy Osbourne for a commercial to promote Gravity and Propel. I don’t if the phones will ‘make you heard’ but the ad is definitely funny.

Samsung Propel, Gravity coming Canada’s via Rogers

Rogers will be bringing couple of devices by Samsung, namely the Propel and Gravity. Both the phones feature a full QWERTY keyboard with the difference being that Propel has a vertical sliding mechanism while the Gravity has horizontal.

Gravity’s specs include – 2.1-inch screen, 1.3MP camera, music player, Bluetooth, 60MB internal memory and external via microSD up to 4GB. On the other hand, Propel’s specs have a 2.2-inch screen 1.3MP camera, GPS and a bunch of other features.

No details on price or availability.
