<p>Samsung has announced the third phone from Windows Mobile’s highest selling BlackJack franchise. Jack or technically called as i637 is an AT&#038;T exclusive and will take advantage of its 3G capability. The smartphone runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 but Samsung has given the freedom to upgrade it to WinMo 6.5 whenever it comes out.</p>
<p>Other features include 256MB RAM, 3.2 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, aGPS with AT&#038;T Navigator, Bluetooth, Windows Media Player 10 and microSD external storage supporting up to 16GB.</p>
<p>The phone will arrive nationwide on May 19 for $99.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate and a 2 year agreement.</p>
