Samsung last week let loose a software update to its HD video recording I8910 HD (Omnia HD) device. The version I8910XEII1 (Custom version: I8910SERII2) claims to bring in some new features and improvements like the 3D TaskSwitcher, one finger zoom, more spaced out QWERTY keyboard. You can read more about the changes here.

The current update is said to work only for Hong Kong and Russian Omnia HD owners. The firmware will soon be available to rest of the Omnia HD users.

Nifty, really nifty. Samsung has finally revealed the trick of its i8910 HD’s video on YouTube. While many pointers were present in the video, not many were able to decode it.
