We were sent this picture that comes from a Korean shopping site. Little is known about the device but if the quilted back cover is any indication, this phone could be from the Diva collection for South Korea. It will be launched on KT.

UPDATE: New info has emerged – The phone is set for a release this month and will have out-of-the-box DivX functionality and Sapphire Glass to act as a scratch deterrent.

Giorgio Armani till date has only two phones in the market and another one is under construction. However, word from Korea comes is that Giorgio Armani–Samsung have another device ready – SCH-W820/SPH-W8200. As we can see, it’s a slider phone and packs most of the features to lure Korean cellphone users like gold plated side, 3.1-inch AMOLED WVGA (800×480) touchscreen display with 16m color support, HSDPA, Bluetooth, 5MP camera, front camera for video conferencing and T-DMB.

The release date and pricing is unknown at the moment but I think the official announcement won’t be far away.

Samsung has made its W830/W8300/W8350 official, which we had told you yesterday. For the things we didn’t, have been confirmed now, like the accelerometer that can be used to set the phone in silent mode, SOS with siren feature and color options of blue, pink and white. The phone will retail for 500,000 Won (US$400).
