We won’t have any new details until the official unveiling but you can check out the different variants for different US carriers. The image shows Galaxy S II variants for Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile and also confirms the yesterday’s report of Verizon missing out on Galaxy S II. Just like the carriers did for Galaxy S, its successor too has got subtle design changes that try to distinguish them from other operator’s offering.

Samsung will announce the Galaxy S II for US on August 29.

Sprint is looking to upgrade its current Epic 4G phone and introduce a “full touch 4G” device, according to a roadmap leak from site, This is my next. According to it, the successor of Epic 4G will be known as Epic 2 and boast a 4-inch display along with 1.2GHz Hummingbird processor, 8 megapixel camera and a QWERTY keyboard. The display, we assume could be upgraded to Super AMOLED Plus and have an improved QWERTY keyboard.

Sprint will also launch a full touch 4G device and the site speculates that it could be none other than the rumored Galaxy S II considering Galaxy Within launch rumor (Galaxy S II variant) is gaining steam.
