Corning Inc. announced that they are providing their Gorilla Glass for Samsung’s Ultra Touch phones. Now keeping it’s somewhat weird name aside, the glass is one of the best in the industry, used in many consumer electronic devices. The glass is chemically strengthened to give the extra durability as well as other advantages, which a normal glass cannot give. Yet another Samsung phone shows its face. We don’t have much info about this baby but people call it as the S8000 Ultra Touch and features a 5MP camera. The phone looks a crossover of S8300 and S5600 and is expected to fulfill duties as a smaller sibling of S8300. Going through the specs of the lower and higher version, we can expect common features like the TouchWiz UI, GPS, microSD expansion slot, HSDPA and Bluetooth.
