Mobile Syrup received an image of Samsung’s new phone claimed to be coming on Bell on July 15. The phone is called Link and while other details are still awaited, a closer look hints that it might the CDMA variant of C6620/C6625 aka Valencia with some button design changes.

If it is indeed Valencia’s variant, we can expect a budget smartphone that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1, EVDO, 2.6-inch QVGA screen, 2MP camera, GPS etc.

The Valencia smartphone is a QWERTY phone sans the touchscreen running Windows Mobile 6.1 and is powered by a 393MHz processor which would be termed slow considering the new device processor speeds. Other things included are 2MP cam, Bluetooth and 3G. The specs definitely hints at something – the phone will be easy on the pocket.
