UPDATE 2: Updated the post with specs and features of all the devices along with the prices for the Nordic region. Check below.

UPDATE: We’ve got specs of Wave 2, Wave 2 Pro and pictures of Omnia Pro 4 and Omnia Pro 5, courtesy of Engadget and Fonearena. Both phones support quad-band GSM with EDGE connectivity, 3.2-inch TFT LCD, TouchWiz UI, Social Hub, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, 3MP camera, A-GPS, 80MB internal memory and microSD card slot.

As expected, Samsung has introduced new phones on bada, Windows Mobile and Android platforms at CommunicAsia. Though we don’t have the full specs yet, the Wave 2 (S5250) and Wave 2 Pro (S5330) will be bada-powered and will mostly be priced lower than the original Wave. Both the phones will feature Wi-Fi, Social Hub and support for Samsung Apps application store.

Wave 2 (S5250) and Wave 2 Pro (S5330) will be available from August in Russia and Southeast Asia in black, white and pink colors.

Samsung has also introduced Omnia Pro 4 (B7350) and Omnia Pro 5 (B6520) devices based on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. Omnia Pro 4 will be available from July in Europe, CIS and Southeast Asia whereas Omnia Pro 5 will go on sale from August in Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa, India and Latin America.

Rounding up the Android offerings, Samsung also unveiled Galaxy 5 I5500 – which has already got official –, Galaxy Beam (I8520) and Galaxy 3 (I5800). The phone we thought was Beam turns out it is Galaxy 3 (I5800). The details here are slim again except the availability status.

Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5 will start selling in European and Asian markets from July while Galaxy Beam will launch in July for Singapore customers.

Beam that was introduced at the MWC 2010 sports a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, 8MP camera, HD video recording and an integrated pico projector.

With 624MHz CPU, 128MB RAM, 3.2-inch touchscreen and other nifty features, a lot of hackers felt Omnia’s prowess was being wasted with Windows Mobile 6.1 and thus, they have initiated a project called the Andromnia – to install Android OS on Omnia.

The goal is still faraway but a major step realizing their goal is the latest advancement that allows to dual boot Windows Mobile with Android. The device supported touchscreen display with random freezing, full RAM support but was not able to use the camera or phone.

One more touchscreen phone from Samsung has been spotted in the wild. Thanks to the same source, we got to know Samsung’s new WinMo offering confirmed for China Mobile. The B7300 is powered by WinMo 6.1 and features TouchWiz UI. Good thing about this phone is that Samsung has left its proprietary USB connector in lieu of mini USB. There’s also a 3MP camera, microSD card slot, dedicated camera button and 4 way center button.
