Samsung Galaxy Alpha

Corning has confirmed that Samsung’s Galaxy Alpha is the first devices to adopt their Gorilla Glass 4. The 6.9mm thick phone utilises Corning’s latest glass solution that is just 0.4mm thick and offers resistance to breaking and scratches. Corning claims to have examined hundreds of broken displays and have worked to make it more durable and break resistant.

Corning Gorilla Glass has been used in major Samsung devices and boasts almost 1,400 devices with Corning’s glass technology.

Galaxy Note 4 is also one of the device to feature Gorilla Glass 4.
