Samsung gave a brief glimpse of a 5-inch full HD AMOLED display last month at the CES and now it seems the display panel will soon go into mass production. According to DDaily’s sources, Samsung Display will mass produce the next-generation display from end of this month with panels reaching Samsung Electronics from early March.
Samsung is expected to use the same display panel in the upcoming flagship Galaxy S IV device that is rumoured to be announced in April.
