Samsung sells 50,000 Galaxy S III LTE units on launch day in South Korea

Samsung has announced that its Galaxy S III LTE reached a milestone that went on sale in South Korea yesterday. On the ‘Galaxy S III Launhing Fiesta,’ Samsung managed to sell 50,000 units all over its home market.

This in comparison with its Galaxy S predecessors is way more that sold just 10,000 units (Galaxy S) and 24,000 units (Galaxy S II) on the launch day.

South Korea’s Galaxy S III LTE version is available on SKT, KT and LG U+ and is equipped with a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, LTE support, 2GB RAM, T-DMB, 32GB internal memory and the usual set of Galaxy S III features.
