Samsung has been holding off the Galaxy Tab 10.1 launch in Australia due to the ongoing patent lawsuit with Apple. However, it seems the Korean giant will try to resolve the patent dispute so that they can go ahead with the launch. At a hearing today in Australia, Samsung lawyers confirmed that they’ve put forward a deal to solve patent issues with Apple. The details of the deal are unknown at the moment but Apple lawyers said their client will take some time to consider it.

Samsung is waiting for the court’s decision to go ahead with the launch of an Australian-centric Galaxy Tab 10.1. Apparently, Samsung has modified quite a few features to safeguard it from infringing patents.
