Apple files new complaint to ban 15 Samsung devices in Germany; Samsung asks to see Apple’s contract with Qualcomm

Samsung and Apple’s high profile legal battle took a new turn today. In Germany, Apple has filed two complaints with the Dusseldorf Regional Court to ban ten Samsung mobile phones and five tablets. The list includes successful devices like Galaxy S II and Galaxy S Plus. The trial for both complaints will be held in late August and September respectively.

Meanwhile in United States, Samsung has made a legal request to see the contract between Qualcomm and Apple. The reason Samsung wants to see it is due to the fact that Qualcomm has a licensing agreement with Samsung and Apple buys chips from Qualcomm, which cuts the Korean giant from collecting any fees from Apple.
