Undoubtedly, Samsung is one of the leading semiconductor makers. This time they have managed to produce a 2GB DDR2 DRAM based on 60nm fabrication. This is the first of its kind in the industry and as per Samsung; new chips have the ability to process 7-8 month’s newspaper text within a second. That’s pretty impressive!

It will soon go in mass production which will give them an edge over its competitors.
