Samsung launches AQ100 waterproof digital camera as WP10 in South Korea

Samsung is now selling its WP10 point-and-shoot digital camera in South Korea, which is none other than AQ100. WP10 makes a perfect companion for underwater photography with its ability to protect the camera under water to up to 10 feet (or 3 meters). Other than that, the camera can shoot pictures at up to 12 megapixel resolution and features a 2.7-inch LCD with 230K pixels, 5x optical zoom, smile shot, face / blink detection, underwater shooting mode and lots of other picture enhancing tools. The camera can also record videos at HD resolution – 1280x720p @30fps.

The WP10 will come in Yellow, Blue, Red and Black colors for 299,000 won (US$245).

    Wow this is great! I like the features but is color pink not available? so sad!
