Apple manipulated pictorial evidence to gain an injunction against Galaxy Tab 10.1?

This maybe a strong allegation but if it turns out to be true, Samsung could get the EU-wide injunction lifted. According to an analysis done by Dutch site Webwereld, Apple apparently manipulated the image of Galaxy Tab 10.1 to resemble the iPad 2. The image was published on page 28 of the complaint where both the tablets are pictured side-by-side emphasizing the design similarities.

Now the fact is, Samsung’s tablet is taller than the Apple version whose aspect ratio comes to 1.46. However, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 shown in the complaint has aspect ratio is 1.36, which is closer to iPad’s 1.30.

Interestingly, Apple has declined to comment on this investigation.
