We first got wind of Galaxy Beam’s successor on China’s certification website and now the phone – Galaxy Beam2 has been listed on Samsung China’s website. On the projection side, it supports WVGA resolution, background colour correction and support for projector centric apps like Notepad.
The Galaxy Beam2 seems to be a step up from the successor as far as smartphone features are concerned and comes with a metallic design, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 4.66-inch WVGA resolution display, 5 megapixel camera, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/GLONASS and 2600mAh battery.
The Galaxy Beam2 (G3858) will work on China Mobile.
