In case you needed an official confirmation, Corning has announced that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 comes with their Gorilla Glass for added durability. Gorilla Glass is a thin sheet of glass that covers the device’s display to add a layer of protection from scratches or any other untoward accident.
GALAXY Tab 10.1 is recognized for its high-end technology and amazing design, even among industry experts. For the GALAXY Tab 10.1, Samsung Electronics searched for the most durable, scratch-resistant glass, and again found the perfect solution with Corning Gorilla Glass.
Other Samsung devices like the original 7-inch Galaxy Tab, Galaxy S and Galaxy S II also boast the Gorilla Glass protection.
