Today Chosunilbo reported that Samsung is contemplating to file a lawsuit in South Korea to ban sales of iPhone 4S. However, Samsung has released an official statement saying nothing has been decided on the Korean lawsuit for iPhone 4S.

Samsung has not made any formal decision over the injunction filing against Apple’s products in Korea. Shin’s comment is just a confirmation of Samsung’s existing stance that it is considering filing an injunction as it has done in other countries.

JK Shin at the unveiling of Galaxy Nexus iterated Samsung’s intention to fight Apple in as many countries as possible.
