GT-N7100 Benchmark leak hints at Galaxy Note II 1.6GHz CPU

July 20, 2012 By kunal Leave a Comment

The rumors about the Galaxy Note II have been circulating for quite some time and the latest benchmark leak seems to validate it. Benchmark result of GT-N7100, which in all likeliness is the successor of the original Galaxy Note that bears the model number GT-N7000. The result appeared on GLBenchmark before it was yanked (you can check the Google Cache version though).

The benchmark reveals Android 4.0.4 OS but given the fact that Android 4.1 is announced, the device could come with the latest OS. The benchmark also recorded a 1280×720 HD display and CPU clock frequency of 1.6GHz, presumably a quad-core Exynos chip.

A report by a Korean site claimed Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Note II at an Unpacked event at IFA 2012.
