Verizon’s decision to not launch Galaxy S II is a bit more clear, if the latest report by BGR is true. According to their close source, Verizon is passing off Galaxy S II because they don’t see it a competitive offering to iPhone 5. Instead, Verizon is planning to launch Samsung Droid Prime (SCH-i515) that will be an exclusive to Verizon and will run Android’s latest OS Ice Cream Sandwich. Verizon is planning to launch the device sometime in October.
