A new Samsung device identified as GT-N5100 has appeared on GLBenchmark website. The details on the website lists some details on the upcoming device, which includes Android 4.1 OS, display resolution of 1280×800 pixels and a 1.6GHz quad-core processor.
Rest of the features are unknown at the moment but going by the previous rumors, N-series belong to the Galaxy Note range and it could very well be a Galaxy Note device, mostly with a 7-inch display.
