Samsung sells 3 million Galaxy S II phones worldwide

July 4, 2011 By kunal 1 Comment

Samsung surpassed yet another milestone by selling 3 million Galaxy S II units globally. Samsung is currently selling (supply basis) one Galaxy S II in every 1.5 seconds and has managed to achieve this milestone in just 55 days, which is 30 days less than Galaxy S II’s predecessor, Galaxy S.

Although Samsung is touting a great surge in European sales, Samsung’s home market has contributed close to 1.44 million handsets.
