Samsung has developed a higher capacity 2000mAh Galaxy S II battery for those who feel 1650mAh is less for Galaxy S II. The extended battery kit hasn’t been confirmed by Samsung but is apparently on sale on a Czech shop where it retails for $33. A lucky buyer managed to get one and claims the extra 350mAh has made the battery a bit thicker, which is why Samsung is also bundling a battery cover along with it.
The 2000mAh battery is rated to give a talk time of up to 11.8 hours on 2G and 6 hours on 3G.
