According to a report on ZDNet UK, now Apple has sued Samsung in the United Kingdom. The lawsuit was filed on Sep 12 and is in fact retaliation to the suit filed by Samsung in June. The details and the alleged infringements are unknown but it’s safe to say Apple is claiming infringements related to its iPhone and iPad devices.
Meanwhile, Samsung also filed a suit against Apple in France in July and yesterday, filed an appeal against the ban of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany.
