With Samsung churning out Android and more recently Windows-based tablets, you’d expect the Korean giant to do something similar with their in-house operating system. However, it turns out Samsung does not have any plans to release a tablet with the bada OS. Or at least, in the near future. Samsung exec, Dipesh Shah made it clear at the bada Developer Day in India that “bada by design has been built to create affordable smartphones” and thus, it is not suitable for a tablet device.
Moreover, Mr. Shah also acknowledged bada OS’ design and other constraints that limits the potential of a bada-powered tablet.

oh
so bad 🙁

BIG mistake. Bad targeting will cause the death of an outstanding platform/OS. When the first hero product was a superstimulus with its specs (similar hardware as other flagships like Galaxy S, iPhone 4), anything less will be dissatisfying.

… Samsung! please improve bada OS for tablets.
