A new report courtesy ETNews claims some new information about the upcoming Galaxy S III. According to the “industry sources” ETNews cites, the upcoming Galaxy S flagship device will be one of the slimmest at 7mm and will release in May. Despite the thinner form factor, the site says, the camera is expected to be identical to Galaxy S II that will result in a bit of protrusion.

As for the features, the phone is expected to run on Android 4.0, 8MP and 2MP cameras, AMOLED display, LTE, full HD support, 3D support and more.

Samsung confirmed that they won’t unveil the new device at Mobile World Congress later this month but hold a dedicated event before end of the first half of this year.

Samsung would be fools not to upgrade the camera in the light of the one in the iPhone 4S

Sounds pretty good, I am looking forward to it, I think the slim factor will help Samsung gain even more customers
