Ice Cream Sandwich update for Galaxy Note apparently pushed to Q2 2012

March 15, 2012 By kunal 2 Comments

Samsung had assured to release the Ice Cream Sandwich update for both Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note in first quarter of this year and though they managed to keep part of the promise by releasing the ICS update for Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note users might have to wait a little longer.

Samsung Norway on their Facebook page say that the ICS update will be released in second quarter for Galaxy Note.

Of course, this timeframe could relate to Norway alone but given the initial woes faced by Galaxy S II users using ICS, Samsung may have decided to iron out bugs before releasing it for the smartphone/tablet combo device.

Thanks, Raul!
