Samsung on their official blog have posted an “internal memo” related to the jury verdict that was announced in the United States last Friday. Samsung claims since Apple was one of their important customers, they had offered to settle the dispute out of court but “Apple pressed on a lawsuit.”
Samsung is quick to note that this decision is not final as judge’s final ruling is yet to be announced but are following the necessary steps to make the court accept their arguments.
Finally, Samsung alleges Apple that the iPhone maker’s primary means to compete is to “abuse the patent law” and “not the pursuit of innovation.”
