Samsung Display today filed a motion with the Seoul Central District Court to drop their injunction request against LG Display in South Korea. This is the first positive move between both the companies who’ve been fighting in the courtroom since last year alleging patent infringements related to different display technologies.
Last week, Samsung Display and LG Display assured to resolve their differences amicably through negotiations.
