Software hasn’t been Samsung’s forte and yet another homegrown service will soon bite the dust. Announced first in 2013 along with Galaxy Grand 2, Samsung India tried to push Club Samsung as a one-stop destination for Indian content but a notification sent out to all Club Samsung users confirms that the service will go dark from July 10, 2015.
In case, you’re an existing user, you will still be able to download the playlist and other content before the service is shut down.
Club Samsung was born out of India for Indian consumers however, the uptake of the service was low due to service being limited to Samsung device users and also the fact that the content was not regularly updated.
