Samsung Electronics will be releasing a 1GB phone in their hometown, Korea. The SCH-V940 is a slider phone based on CDMA technology which features a 262K color TFT QVGA display, VOD, MP3 Player, 1.3 megapixel camera with an option to record videos, PictBridge support, EV-DO, Bluetooth and USB 2.0. The phone will cost around US$632.
