According to DisplayResearch, the Korean giant has once again managed to top the display market. This was the third consecutive quarter where Samsung was at the top and contributed 15.3 percent of the total market share. Dell, LG, HP, Acer and the rest contributed to the market share.
Senoir VP of display division, Ha Yoon-ho was optimistic of being on the top of the table for the upcoming quarters too.
“Samsung has won the fierce competition with PC makers in the display market for three consecutive quarters. Samsung will widen the gap between second place and remain in first place in total business performance this year.”
