Samsung seeks US ban on Kodak camera imports

In a response to the alleged patent infringement from Eastman Kodak, Samsung has appealed to the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) to ban import of Kodak cameras as few cameras from them infringed on Samsung’s patents.

This is not the first time Samsung has been dragged in a patent row. Last month, they accused Sharp of doing the same thing as the Japanese company infringed on some Samsung’s LCD patents.
