Samsung ships 30nm based 32GB moviNAND

Samsung has announced the shipment of its 32GB moviNAND embedded memory card that uses the 30nm process technology. Each 32GB moviNAND card integrates eight 32Gb NAND chips, MMC controller and a firmware which helps to improve the performance of devices while processing and storing large amounts of data.

The 30nm-based moviNAND will also come in capacities of 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.
