After AT&T, it’s Nokia who’s going after Samsung and other LCD panel manufacturers. Bloomberg is reporting that Nokia has filed a lawsuit against LCD panel manufacturers for illegal panel price fixing. The lawsuit was filed on Nov 25 in a federal court in San Francisco and includes various LCD manufacturers like Samsung, LG Display, AU Optronics, Toshiba, Chunghwa Picture Tubes etc. Nokia has not specified how much are they seeking in damages.
