China gets two variants of Samsung Wave

UPDATE: Samsung has launched Wave in Hong Kong and Sweden too. The Swedish price of Wave is 4,500 SEK (USD 580).

Samsung first’s bada device is now available the world’s biggest telecom market. The Wave will be sold in China in two different variants – the difference being its 3G bands. The S8500 Wave will feature the WCDMA band while the F859 will come with CDMA2000 support.

Other than that, we’re still looking at the same bada phone. 3.3-inch WVGA Super AMOLED screen, 1GHz CPU, 5MP camera with 720p video recording, microSD card slot, A-GPS, Wi-Fi (WAPI), Bluetooth, Social Hub etc.

There’s no word on the price yet.
