Samsung sells 1 million 3D TVs in six months

Samsung has reached another milestone as they’ve shipped 1 million 3D TVs. The iconic sales figure comes in just 6 months and have been averaging sales of 200,000 units for the last couple of months.

Marketing research firm, DisplaySearch is expecting the demand for 3D TVs to rise further which could reach 3.4 million with 66 percent of the demand from North America, 16 percent from Europe.
