Samsung has expanded its Mobile WiMAX reach by entering into an agreement with Bulgaria’s Max Telecom and Ukraine’s Intellecom. Bulgaria’s Max Telecom has confirmed that it plans to upgrade its commercial Mobile WiMAX service with Samsung’s equipment by end of 2010.

On the other hand, Intellecom in Ukraine will use Samsung’s market-proven equipment to expand its 4G network to few more cities by June 2011 and cover the whole nation by 2013.

Samsung is the leading equipment provider in the Mobile WiMAX industry who supplies to over 57 operators across 35 countries.
