Samsung Galaxy Tab will be upgradeable to Chrome OS?

September 21, 2010 By kunal 1 Comment

galaxy tab

Galaxy Tab is Samsung’s first Android-powered tablet and if the report by The Sunday Times proves to be correct, it can also be the first-Chrome OS tablet for the Korean giant. The newspaper claims the Android OS will be replaceable with Chrome OS, when it arrives.

“[Android OS] can be replaced with Chrome, when that arrives, though owners who aren’t tech savvy should have this upgrade carried out by a professional.”

No mention of the source makes us a bit skeptical but this is definitely interesting.

I’m sorry…Did I read that correctly? Chrome OS will be an _upgrade_? Ha Ha.
