Samsung has confirmed the release of its Galaxy Tab tablet for Italian consumers. At an event held yesterday, Samsung says the Galaxy Tab will be launched in first week of October on all Italian operators. While there was no mention of the unlocked price of the device, Galaxy Tab will be offered by operators starting from 29 euros per month.

Additionally, Samsung expects to sell 100,000 units by end of 2010 in Italy.
