Samsung Transform

Well, here it is. After a number of leaks, Samsung’s Transform (SPH-M920) has been made official at the Sprint CTIA event yesterday. Transform is one of the first Android devices to support Sprint ID, which allows users to download customized ID packs that include few apps, widgets, ringtones, wallpapers etc.

Transform will run on Android 2.1 (will be upgraded to Android 2.2) and feature a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3.2MP camera with flash, front-facing VGA camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, music player and microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB.

Sprint users will be able to purchase the phone from October 10 through all Sprint channels for $149.99 with 2-year contract and $100 mail-in rebate.
