GT-I9200 tipped in firmware leak

November 23, 2010 By kunal Leave a Comment

So a new firmware of an unreleased device, numbered as GT-I9200 made its way out over the weekend. Samfirmware has released the firmware for everyone to download, which is currently being discussed in a lengthy thread over at XDA Developers.

While there’s no exact information available on the device, it is rumored to be the successor of Galaxy S phone. The phone will apparently run on Android OS but references of Vita have been found. Perhaps it could be related to the Vita OS.

Other things discovered in the firmware are display supporting WVGA resolution (800×480), S5PC110 CPU, FM Radio, Bluetooth 3.0 and PowerVR SGX540.

You can download the firmware from here.
